Good Morning and Happy Monday!!

Wow, what a weekend!!!  The boys and I had quite an adventure this weekend.  One that I am glad we experienced, but I have no desire to ever experience again.  We had our Youth Conference this weekend for our Young Women and Young Men (ages 12 - 18).   Our theme was "I Can Do Hard Things"...... and boy did we do a hard thing.

We hiked the Wellsville Mountains!!!  

See this picture ....... It looks beautiful doesn't it????  Thank goodness my friend Lee took these pictures, because I didn't see much of this view.  I had my eye on the back side of my friends shoes the entire time as I tried to stay alive!   I am being totally honest when I say it was one of the hardest physical things I have ever done.  It took us almost four hours to hike to the top (not sure which peak it was, but we were able to see into Brigham City - which to me was plenty high enough).  I don't remember a time when my legs hurt this bad.  I am so grateful for my dear friends and My Ky who constantly kept telling me to keep going.  (Ky even gave me some physical support by pushing me up the hill a few times - I was so grateful he was behind me!)

What a Crazy Weekend and I am so grateful it is behind me and that I was able to finish the hike.

Once again, I really learned "I Can Do Hard Things..." especially with help from others.
