We have some very exciting news here on our home front.........

Our Home Is For Sale!!! 

We have lived here for almost 16 years and it has been the most amazing place to live. You are probably wondering why in the world we would leave if it is so great right?  Because we are only moving  a couple blocks away.  We just can't leave our fantastic community and friends, but need a little more room for our family and business.  We are thrilled and feel so blessed to have this opportunity.

I have a few pictures that are actually a little more of the decor in our home, but it will give you an idea of what the home looks like inside.

This Bathroom is a Great size!!

 With our home being an older home, it has beautiful features like this built in China Hutch!!!  There are matching bookcases in the front room also.  We have a wood burning stove in the front room also which is a very hard things to leave.  It can heat the whole house and is so warm and cozy during the winter months. 

WE LOVE IT!!

 This sign shows the colors of the walls in the Laundry Room.....

Tan with white trim on top and black on the bottom.  We installed hard woods floors in the Laundry Room also.

 The Master Bedroom ~

 I actually did all the trim work one weekend when Eric was out of town.  I had never done anything like this before and it was a really fun project.  This trim work is in two of the bedrooms and in the hallway!!  The carpet is only a year old and is throughout the house.  It is super soft and cozy!

 We Absolutely LOVE our Big Front Porch.  It is one more space to decorate......

We completely remodeled our kitchen a few years ago and it is beautiful!

We installed new cabinets and counter tops and put in a Hard Wood Floor.  I love the black accents/hardware. 

 This pictures shows the upper cabinets and the hard wood flooring.

(along with our cute kitchen table... Fun memories have been made around this table)  We added bead board 3/4 of the way up the walls in the kitchen and painted in an antique white/cream.  LOVE IT!!

We custom built some different cabinets in the kitchen to accent the wood cabinets and hardware.  

New Stove/Oven for baking delicious cookies at Christmas Time!!!

Can't Beat That!!

 We also have a large fenced in yard with beautiful grass and a perfect spot for a garden.  Perennials have been planted in all of the flower beds, but there is room for adding those fun annuals every year also.  There is a shed in the back yard which is perfect for storing all that yard equipment.........

and.....

Don't forget the wood shop on the back.... you know that wood shop we have lived in for the past 13 years.  Perfect for any of you who are creators like Eric and myself!!
