Welcome To On The Avenue Home Decor & Gifts. Years ago my husband and I bought our first home. It was a very old home and needed a lot of tender love and care. I had the vision of what I wanted and my husband was able to help me bring it to life. As we began building and creating items for our home, we had another idea..... What if we started our own business and offered our creations to others who share the same love and passion for decorating as we do. Here we are, 17 years later, sharing our creations and designs with friends everywhere.

Good Morning and Happy Monday!!!

It is such an awesome day!!!!!
Guess who is on their way to WASHINGTON D.C. to see the World War II Memorial Site????  This is such an exciting day and we are so grateful to all of you who ordered signs and helped my Grandpa journey off to see this wonderful memorial.  This picture is of my Mom (Wendy), my Grandpa Abbott and Miss Clancy.  Clancy is a 95 year old Vet who is being escorted by my mom and My Uncle Danny is escorting my Grandpa. (Uncle Danny must be taking this picture!!) 

I had a dream last night that Grandpa Abbott stopped right here in Millville to see me while he was on this trip (don't ask, my dreams are always a little weird).  He told me thanks so much for helping him get there and I just want to past that along.  I know he is very grateful to all of you who helped our family and we are so grateful!!  My mom promised to send pictures each day and I will continue to post about their trip.  
LOVE You Mom and Grandpa and am so excited you both get to experience this together.
